I’m Ryan Recchio, I became a certified yoga teacher in 2017 because of my love and commitment to yoga. I believe yoga is so much more than any pose or flexibility. To me it is the ability to direct the mind to one chosen object and sustain that focus, feeling centered and at peace. That’s why they call yoga a practice! This takes practice!! My wish is to create a nurturing space where students can feel absolutely welcome and comfortable and explore the transformative power of yoga. I teach gentle vinyasa classes that are suitable for any level of student, focusing on staying grounded but also maintaining energy and strength. Beyond my love for yoga, I also love reading, going on walks anywhere, but especially the beach, wine tasting and spending time with my husband, son, daughter and chihuahua! Join me on the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation! Namaste.
